Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum
- Must be able to perform all required duties of the position
- Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment
- Knowledge and experience with trailer mounted pressure washer (preferred)
- Must be able to work outdoors in all inclement weather
- Able to work independently, exercise creativity, attentive to detail and maintain a positive attitude
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and written
- Must have a valid driver license and pass MVR check
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean the internal hardscape, seating areas and external walkways
- Perform cleaning of the truck courts
- Operate and maintain press washer machine
- Observe and perform safety precautions at all times, utilize proper safety signage
- Report any safety hazards for proper action
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
- Perform trash removal and replace containers with empty bags
- Service, supply and clean restrooms including all fixtures
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Patrol entire site for any trash and/or spills that needs to be cleaned
