The Porter position within EMBREY's Property Management team is a full-time hourly role based in Austin, TX (78751), reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the property through scheduled cleaning, inspection, and upkeep activities. The position not only demands technical aptitude in property management but also exemplary customer service skills to enhance the community residents’ living experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience as a porter in property management or similar position
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass criminal background check, non-DOT testing and motor vehicle record (MVR) check

  • Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment
