We are currently seeking a full-time Porter to become an essential part of our team. The Porter will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of hallways, clubhouses, and other common areas on the properties under our management. This position also involves preparing and cleaning turnover units and guest suites to the highest standards. The Porter ensures that the shared spaces are inviting, well-maintained, and conducive to fostering community engagement and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about community building and is eager to contribute creatively and organizationally to cultivate an active and positive environment. This role goes beyond typical maintenance duties by including responsibilities related to community engagement such as organizing events, creating engaging content, and working closely with other team members to enhance the overall living experience for residents. The Porter will strategize and implement community-building initiatives that encourage resident participation and positive interactions.

Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, offering a consistent and reliable workweek. Compensation for this role is $18 per hour, complemented with a range of comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k retirement plan, paid time off based on tenure, and holidays off.
