Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of janitorial experience in an industrial environment
- Minimum of three years' experience as a chemical and/or pharmaceutical operator or directly related experience/education highly preferred
- Ability to do simple math
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to work with others in a union team environment
- Ability to take simple directions and be self-motivated
- Must be physically fit to carry, push or pull 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in an industrial/chemical environment

Job Duties
- Provide janitorial services in an industrial/chemical area
- Clean restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, control rooms, and general non-production building areas such as entryways and stairwells by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash disposal, wiping down doors, walls and counters, and general housekeeping
- Maintain inventory of towels and floor mats
- Restock paper products
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies
- Mix cleaning solutions per manufacturer instructions
- Adhere to all plant safety and governmental regulations and attend all mandatory training
