The Porter role at TC Restaurant Group is a part-time position crucial for maintaining the overall cleanliness, organization, and sanitary conditions of the dining rooms, rooftops, and back of house areas. Job Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Ability to withstand high and low temperature exposures
- Ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching
- Ability to work in noisy or small access areas
- Ability to work shifts exceeding 30 hours per week including overtime when approved by management
- Constant contact with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to access and operate business applications for communication such as email, chat, or text messaging
- Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
- Ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Sweep and mop floors in assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize equipment in assigned areas
- Monitor, clean, and empty trash cans
- Collect debris such as cups, cans, and flatware
- Ensure all floors are clean of debris and trash
- Complete all housekeeping tasks as directed by Management
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
