Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in automotive or customer service roles preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • physical ability to handle vehicle movement and outdoor work
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to pass background check and drug test
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • valid driver’s license
  • able to successfully complete motor vehicle report (MVR), background, and drug screenings
  • track record of driving exceptional customer experience in high-volume retail environment
  • detail oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • move vehicles between service and sales areas
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot
  • assist service department with vehicle preparation and delivery
  • provide excellent customer service and support to customers
  • collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
  • perform routine vehicle checks and inspections
  • support sales team with vehicle presentation and staging
