The position of Full-Time Porter at Premier Nissan is an essential role within the service team. Porters play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of the dealership by managing the organization and movement of vehicles within the service department. The ideal candidates for this role are motivated individuals who enjoy staying active, are proactive in executing daily tasks, and always approach their work with a positive attitude. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including keeping the service back lots neat and orderly according to dealership standards, moving vehicles on instruction from the Service Manager, cleaning exterior areas such as driveways and sidewalks by removing debris, and assisting service technicians and customers by transporting vehicles to and from service bays and parking areas.

Additional responsibilities include preparing key tags for vehicles and providing occasional assistance in delivering or picking up vehicles from customers. The porter role is instrumental in ensuring the dealership environment is welcoming and efficient by contributing to the upkeep of facilities and supporting overall service operations. The position requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving record, and while experience in a dealership, valet service, or other relevant fields is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
