The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.50, with additional service charge eligibility and tip opportunities. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and equipment
  • Clean all equipment and areas
  • Lock doors at the end of the shift
  • Verify with captain or supervisor before leaving
  • Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • Remove dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of work areas, bar furniture, tables, and other instruments
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company property
  • Support coworkers with dignity and respect
  • Assist the team in achieving common goals
  • Meet quality assurance standards
  • Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Read and verify information in various formats
  • Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to handle objects of different sizes and weights
  • Reach above the head, below the knees, and bend or twist as necessary
  • Navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces, stairs, and ramps
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
  • Answer telephone calls with proper etiquette
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
