We are currently seeking a part-time Line Cook to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for a reliable individual eager to enhance their culinary skills and grow within a dynamic hospitality group. The Line Cook position primarily involves working evening shifts and requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food items by carefully following standard recipes, ensuring safe and sanitary food handling practices, and assisting during rush periods. The role also includes inspecting and cleaning food preparation and serving areas to maintain hygiene standards, plating food for service, and ensuring proper food storage and cooking temperatures. Working closely with the chef, the Line Cook must adhere to all instructions and procedures to deliver quality dishes consistently.

Job Duties
- Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing assigned items for food service
- Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Assists other cooks during emergencies or rush periods
- Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to insure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
- Assists in plating food items for service
- Cleans assigned work station areas
- Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
- Carefully follows instructions and procedures set and communicated by Chef
