Job Description

Delaware North is a global leader in hospitality and food service management, with a rich history spanning over 100 years. This family-owned company operates in diverse environments, including iconic sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hotels, and retail, providing exceptional experiences to millions of guests worldwide. At Delaware North, the focus is on people — both guests and team members — and the company prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive culture that encourages personal and professional growth. Since 2012, Delaware North has been a key player at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown, managing concessions, premium dining, and restaurants such as Homefield Pub + Social featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, along with hosting unique seasonal events like sledding and ice skating. This dynamic and progressive environment offers employees an exciting opportunity to be part of a global legacy that values teamwork, innovation, and exceptional service.

The role offered is a seasonal Porter position at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, providing an hourly pay rate of $15.00. This role is ideal for individuals seeking fast-paced work that offers both opportunity and the potential to learn new skills in an engaging and team-oriented environment. As a Porter, your primary responsibilities include managing inventory by processing incoming stock, fulfilling orders for delivery or pickup, and conducting quality control to ensure supplies meet established standards. You will assist managers and supervisors to maintain optimal inventory levels and efficiently deliver food, beverage, and other products across various outlets within the venue. This position requires physical stamina as you will frequently stand, walk, bend, lift, and handle stock weighing up to 165 pounds, along with maneuvering heavy carts and working in variable temperature conditions depending on the season.

The Porter position at Delaware North also supports a strong team culture with a commitment to safety, training, and development. Employees enjoy the benefit of weekly pay, flexible work schedules, employee discounts, and multiple opportunities for advancement. Eligible team members may access comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement. This role is an excellent entry point for individuals 16 years and older who want to start or enhance their careers in the hospitality and sports service industry. Delaware North’s dedication to its employees and guests alike ensures that your efforts are rewarded in a vibrant and supportive setting within one of the most celebrated sports venues in the United States.
