Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Performs a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning
  • informs supervisor of needed supplies
  • maintains cleaning solutions according to OSHA requirements
  • removes trash from premises and assists in emergency cleaning
  • properly utilizes new equipment and follows safety procedures
  • maintains a friendly and professional attitude
  • inspects assigned areas daily and reports discrepancies to supervisor
