Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience preferably in property management, hospitality, or service industries
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software
- Ability to interact respectfully and professionally with residents
- Safety-first mindset
- FLSA status nonexempt
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience preferably in property management, hospitality, or service industry
- Prior groundskeeping, custodial, janitorial, or residential maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to integrity, honesty, and ethics
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the property’s interior and exterior spaces
- Keep community public areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and recreation areas clean and well-maintained
- Remove trash, waste, and refuse regularly throughout the day
- Maintain landscaping by watering plants and performing routine groundskeeping tasks
- Perform periodic maintenance on common areas as scheduled
- Engage professionally and courteously with residents
- Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working and living environment
