Job Requirements
- treat all residents with concern, integrity, and care
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- demonstrate excellent communication skills
- take initiative and ownership of tasks
- maintain confidentiality
- work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks
- available to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends
- valid driver’s license to operate vehicles
- willing to work in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year of work experience preferably in property management, hospitality, or service industry
- prior groundskeeping, custodial, or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- valid driver’s license
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- proficiency with basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and safety of community public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and elevators
- perform regular groundskeeping duties including trash removal and landscaping maintenance
- water plants and maintain irrigation as needed
- conduct scheduled maintenance of all common property areas
- engage with residents in a friendly and professional manner
- ensure compliance with safety protocols to create a safe environment
- operate basic equipment and tools for maintenance tasks
