The Porter's role at Cooper's Hawk is pivotal to maintaining the inviting and spotless environment that defines the brand's trademark uncompromising hospitality. The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $15 to $17.50, based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Porters are expected to arrive prepared and focused each shift, maintaining cleanliness by following daily checklists for opening and closing duties. Clear and frequent communication with team members and managers is essential for smooth operational flow. This role requires a passion for hospitality, the ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work weekends and holidays. Being at least 18 years old and possessing strong communication skills in English are also necessary.
