Porters will also assist with venue set-up, stocking sanitation stations, and performing opening and closing side work as directed. Training will be provided in-venue to ensure compliance with Tao Group Hospitality standards and protocols.

Candidates for the Porter role should be physically capable of performing duties that require standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving quickly. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine willingness to assist team members and contribute to a hospitable atmosphere. Experience in high-volume restaurants or similar environments is preferred but not mandatory.

Tao Group Hospitality provides a supportive benefits package for part-time employees meeting eligibility requirements, including state applicable time off, pet insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, an employee assistance program, TAO savings marketplace benefits, and exclusive employee discounts. This comprehensive benefits package is designed to enhance the work-life balance and well-being of team members.
