Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to move quickly and lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • availability to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • ability to maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
  • willingness to work in environments including office, casino, nightclub, bar, lounge, and restaurant settings
  • effective communication and teamwork skills
  • willingness to participate in all scheduled training sessions and meetings
  • physical ability to work around noise, crowds, and smoke
  • compliance with company and health department sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • ability to write and verbally communicate effectively
  • ability to move quickly and perform physical tasks including pushing and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • ability to handle fast-paced, busy, and stressful environments
  • possession of positive and professional attitude

Job Duties

  • Anticipate and accommodate the needs of all team members
  • ensure the maintenance, general cleanliness, and orderliness of the venue and clear walkways
  • proper storage and removal of garbage and soiled linens
  • follow supervisor's instructions, communicate with and support co-workers
  • possess in-depth knowledge of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, soaps, and supplies
  • comply with Department of Health and company sanitation standards
  • properly set-up venue's sanitation areas and perform opening and closing side-work
