Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to move quickly and lift up to 50 lbs
ability to stand for long periods
availability to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
ability to maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
willingness to work in environments including office, casino, nightclub, bar, lounge, and restaurant settings
effective communication and teamwork skills
willingness to participate in all scheduled training sessions and meetings
physical ability to work around noise, crowds, and smoke
compliance with company and health department sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
ability to write and verbally communicate effectively
ability to move quickly and perform physical tasks including pushing and lifting up to 50 lbs
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to maintain confidentiality
ability to handle fast-paced, busy, and stressful environments
possession of positive and professional attitude

Job Duties

Anticipate and accommodate the needs of all team members
ensure the maintenance, general cleanliness, and orderliness of the venue and clear walkways
proper storage and removal of garbage and soiled linens
follow supervisor's instructions, communicate with and support co-workers
possess in-depth knowledge of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, soaps, and supplies
comply with Department of Health and company sanitation standards
properly set-up venue's sanitation areas and perform opening and closing side-work
