The current job opening is for a Maintenance Technician at a lease-up, garden-style community with 269 units. This position is integral to ensuring the community’s physical upkeep and aesthetic standards are consistently maintained. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal, contributing directly to tenant satisfaction and property value. The role involves routine inspections to keep common areas clean and safe, performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks, and assisting with property preparations such as apartment make-ready processes. The technician will handle lock changes, gate safety checks, and distribution of resident communications, functioning as a key support member within the service team. Effective communication and customer service skills are essential, with a preference for bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish.

This full-time position requires working Tuesday through Saturday with on-call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.67 to $22.00 in the Sacramento area and is eligible for incentive-based bonuses, reflecting both individual and company performance.
