Job Duties

  • Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces
  • empty trash receptacles as needed
  • clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing
  • use power washer as required
  • clean or vacuum pools
  • assist the maintenance team as needed
