This job opening is for the position of Apartment Porter based in Rochester, MN, offering an hourly pay rate between $19 and $21. As an Apartment Porter, your responsibilities will encompass daily groundskeeping tasks such as removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces. You will also be responsible for emptying trash receptacles to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Cleaning common areas is a critical part of this role, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other shared spaces by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing. Certain tasks may require operating power washers and assisting with pool cleaning or general maintenance support, which makes the role dynamic and engaging.
