We are currently seeking a Porter / Groundskeeper to join our team at The Brentwood and The Grove Brentwood communities in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and inviting environments. The Porter / Groundskeeper will play a vital role in preserving the curb appeal and overall beauty of these apartment communities. As the first impression a visitor or resident experiences upon arriving at the property is often influenced by the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds, this role is crucial in ensuring that the communities continue to shine.

The role is primarily outdoors and involves a variety of tasks aimed at keeping the outdoor spaces pristine. Responsibilities include maintaining community grounds, common areas, and amenities, picking up trash and debris to keep the property neat, assisting with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep duties. Additionally, the Porter / Groundskeeper will work closely with the maintenance team to support make-ready projects and other special assignments.
