Job Duties
- Responsible for inspection and cleaning of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas
- Remove trash and recycling from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and estimate time and extent of repairs throughout the building
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Maintain inventory and organize all building tools and supplies
- Snow blowing, shoveling and de-icing as necessary during winter months
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
