The role of a Cleaning Associate at Topgolf is critical in ensuring the venue remains clean, safe, and inviting to all guests and staff members. This position involves performing various cleaning and sanitation duties across multiple areas within the facility, including restrooms, dining spaces, kitchen areas, and common guest zones. The Cleaning Associate is responsible for maintaining hygiene standards through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, emptying trash, and sanitizing surfaces. Attention to detail and efficiency are key in this role to ensure that cleanliness is maintained continuously throughout operating hours.
In addition to cleaning responsibilities, the associate assists in monitoring the inventory of cleaning supplies and communicates when reordering is necessary to avoid shortages. Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize various areas of the venue including restrooms dining areas and kitchen spaces
- empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- sweep mop and vacuum floors and perform routine maintenance tasks
- assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when reordering is necessary
- report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
- support the team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests
- adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations
