Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of front of the house including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations
- Ensures tables are bussed, cleared, and cleaned and floors are swept during peak service times
- Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils to kitchen area
- Washes dishes, glasses, and pots maintaining sanitation standards
- Cleans cooking stations and equipment to support smooth service flow
- Helps receive heavy deliveries and transports them to storage areas using safe lifting techniques
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures as per HACCP standards
- Adheres to safety and company policies including use of gloves and slip-resistant shoes
- Performs additional duties as assigned
