The Multi-Site Porter role at Fairgrove Property Management is designed for individuals who are hardworking, self-motivated, and take great pride in their work. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week and an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $22.00. The Multi-Site Porter plays a critical role in supporting both the building maintenance team and landscaping efforts to maintain the cleanliness and overall quality of the properties under Fairgrove's management. Responsibilities include general maintenance support tasks such as detailed cleaning, power washing, hauling trash, and apartment turns which are carried out in strict accordance with company standards. The role is focused on preserving the highest quality standards and promoting efficient production to ensure properties remain attractive, safe, and well-maintained for residents and owners alike. This position emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, safety, and a strong sense of service, with the porter acting as an essential part of the property's upkeep and resident satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Ability to push and pull 100 lbs of force
- Ability to lift below waist up to 75 lbs and above waist up to 45 lbs
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence, improvement and achieving goals
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Multilingual ability a plus
- Schedule may require work on weekends, holidays and evenings
- Regular, consistent and timely attendance required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
Job Duties
- Performs detailed cleaning of assigned areas including power washing buildings and common areas
- Hauls trash to dumpster area
- Wipes, scrubs, dusts, sweeps, mops, vacuums, and empties trash as required
- Conducts detailed cleaning of unit interior to prepare for resident move-in
- Assists with lighting maintenance work as needed
- Provides exceptional customer service to the team and residents
- Supports Sullivan Property Management's mission and values
- Communicates in a timely and effective manner
- Delivers notices and flyers to occupied units
- Performs work using safe work practices and identifies/resolves hazards throughout the property
