The current opportunity at The Scion Group is for the position of Porter/Gatekeeper. This role is pivotal in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the common areas within residential properties. The Porter/Gatekeeper is responsible for maintaining both indoor and outdoor communal spaces, performing general maintenance tasks, and assisting with cleaning and moving services when necessary. This position demands a customer-focused individual who excels in a collaborative environment, pays close attention to detail, and consistently follows through with assigned duties without supervision.

The role involves a physically demanding workload, including trash removal, landscaping duties like mowing and trimming, pool and spa cleaning, and various repairs such as fixing exterior lighting and stairwell treads. The Porter must be proactive in promoting safety awareness to prevent property damage or injury to residents and visitors. Additionally, the role requires knowledge of emergency procedures on-site and the ability to respond promptly to after-hours and weekend emergencies, making this a highly responsible and essential position within the property management team.

This is a full-time position located at the assigned property with an on-call status outside of approved paid time off periods.
