Job Duties

  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all front-of-house areas including tables, counters, floors, windows and beverage stations
  • Busses, clears, and cleans tables and floors during peak service times and prepares areas prior to service
  • Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils to kitchen
  • Washes dishes, glasses, pots and cleans cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation
  • Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and operates dishwashing machines as necessary
  • Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris ensuring compliance with sanitation standards
  • Assists in receiving and transporting heavy deliveries to storage areas following safe lifting standards
  • Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
  • Adheres to all safety policies including the use of protective gloves, oven mitts, and slip-resistant shoes
  • Performs other duties as assigned
