Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in dishwashing or food prep
- ability to work full-time schedule including varied AM hours monday through friday
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- commitment to safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- previous dishwashing experience
- prep cooking experience is a plus
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to follow safety procedures
- strong attention to detail
- physical ability to lift and move supplies safely
Job Duties
- ensure tables are bussed cleared and cleaned during peak service times
- sweep and prep floors prior to service
- follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils
- wash dishes glasses and pots maintaining sanitation
- scrape rinse and wash dishes by hand or with dishwashing machine
- clean display equipment and maintain compliance with safety standards
- assist in receiving deliveries and transporting them to storage areas
