Job Requirements
- Must have previous hospitality and event experience
- Availability for weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Must wear slip-resistant shoes and use protective gloves as required
- Able to handle physical tasks including lifting and transporting heavy items
- Willingness to work varying shifts including full-time and part-time schedules
Job Qualifications
- Previous hospitality and event experience
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of safety procedures in a foodservice environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items safely
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Ensures tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned during peak service times
- Sweeps and clears floors before and during service
- Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils
- Washes dishes, glasses, and pots and cleans cooking stations
- Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and loads dishwashing equipment
- Keeps display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards
- Assists in receiving heavy deliveries and transports to storage areas while observing safe lifting standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures
- Adheres to company safety policies and procedures
