- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant front-of-house and back-of-house areas overnight
- Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors, surfaces, and restrooms
- Take out trash and manage waste disposal procedures
- Refill and restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks to prepare restaurants for the next operating day
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
