We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Valet Attendant to join our team. This position is integral to the smooth operation of our dealership, providing critical support in managing vehicles, assisting customers, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of our facility. The Valet Attendant will be responsible for shuttling guests or customers as needed, answering questions, and directing them to appropriate personnel, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience. Additionally, this role involves washing and detailing all customer and service vehicles to showroom quality, picking up or delivering parts and vehicles, and maintaining accurate vehicle inventory.

Beyond vehicle management, the Valet Attendant will help keep the vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed in accordance with dealership display standards. Light janitorial duties, such as cleaning driveways and sidewalks and removing snow and debris, are part of daily responsibilities to maintain a safe and attractive environment. Supporting the service department by tagging customer keys and vehicles, starting vehicles, and checking gas levels twice a week are essential to this position. Maintaining the organization of customer vehicles in the service lot ensures operational efficiency and a smooth workflow across departments.

This role requires excellent customer service skills and a valid driver’s license, as safe and responsible vehicle handling is paramount.
