Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
  • Capacity to work in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
  • Ability to lift or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Rare or regular travel as needed to other properties or training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in maintenance, property management, or a related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to complete minor repairs and service requests
  • Knowledge of safety and risk management protocols
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Inspect community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Ensure common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
  • Remove trash from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • Transfer trash to dumpster or storage area and maintain storage areas
  • Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
  • Assist make-ready specialist in the turn process
  • Change locks as per property policy and ensure pool gates meet safety codes
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and respond to resident inquiries and complaints
  • Participate in routine safety meetings and comply with safety policies and OSHA requirements
