This role is for a full-time Porter position located in East Denver, in the Hale neighborhood near Belleview Park. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, offering a pay rate of $25 per hour. The Porter will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of a high-rise residential community, ensuring that both interior and exterior common areas are well-kept. This is a vital position that supports the overall goal of providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests alike. The Porter’s duties will span a variety of tasks including cleaning lobbies, hallways, community amenities, and outdoor spaces, alongside performing routine maintenance activities such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and assisting with groundskeeping.
