The Porter role at Towne Park is an entry-level, full-time position with open availability, working from 1PM to 3AM. The position offers a competitive hourly base pay of $17. The Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and upkeep within the parking garage, ensuring all common areas are pristine and free of litter, debris, and stains. This includes sweeping, mopping, power washing, wiping down signage, emptying trash and ash urns, and performing routine checks of all guest access points and elevator landings. The role requires a high level of attentiveness and hospitality, as the Porter interacts directly with customers, providing directions, handling minor vehicle assistance such as lock-outs, flat tires, or jump-starts, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and care.
Additionally, the Porter supports the security and operational efficiency of the parking facility by handling returned guest key receptacles and ensuring equipment like gates and card readers are clean and functional.
