Job Requirements

High school degree preferred
Minimum 1 year food service experience preferred
Able to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English
Ability to stand, walk, push and pull for most of the day
Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds
Must be able to perform tasks requiring arm-hand steadiness and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Transports food and supplies to various locations in a timely and accurate manner
Maintains assigned department areas and equipment in a clean, safe and sanitary manner
Contributes to the efficient operation of the department and the achievement of excellence by following departmental and hospital guidelines
Brews and pours hot beverages
Sweeps and mops floors
Cleans equipment
Delivers and picks up coffee carts as assigned
Removes trash from the department
Supplies clean trays, dishes, flatware and food items
