Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property management or customer service preferred
- able to provide courteous and efficient customer service
- knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing standards
- ability to perform cleaning, maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks
- capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment
- available to work Tuesday through Saturday or Wednesday through Sunday
- able to work 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in property management or customer service preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times
- handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining company professionalism
- deliver notices to residents as directed
- report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents or the property
- maintain physical appearance of building and grounds as assigned
- perform building maintenance, coordinate with cleaning and other vendors and groundskeeping
- prepare and touch up vacant units for occupancy
- move heavy equipment such as dumpsters and appliances as needed
- manage care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by property or management company
- adhere to company and community policies and procedures
- operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies
- comply with Fair Housing rules
- complete assigned training and attend staff meetings as required
