Job Requirements

Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation
ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery
ability to stand for long periods of time
be able to work in both internal/external environments
available to work weekends and/or holidays
must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, and handling objects up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the public area attendant cleaning industry
strong work ethic
commitment to delivering high levels of service with attention to detail
integrity and capability to work independently

Job Duties

Clean all public areas to the standards required
to clean and maintain all equipment daily
to assist guests in public areas when required
post caution signs when required
responsible for the upkeep of all the equipment used
complete deep cleaning projects as required
report injuries, damage, or missing items to the public area supervisor
