Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months experience in service industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and stressful environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Must love and support their team
- Must love and take care of guests
- Must say "yes" and "thank you" often
- Checks all Banquet Event Orders (BEO) for the week
- Checks orders for daily event setup, service, and strike
- Sets up for all events for the day or for the next day as needed
- Provides courteous and friendly service to all guests and staff
