- Provide prompt friendly and attentive service while ensuring each guest has a delightful experience
- Safely transport guests in style to their destination
- Be an ambassador of arrival
- Maintain extensive knowledge of Greensboro including hotel services travel directions and recommendations for shipping dining and entertainment
- Establish and maintain hotel and guest relationships
