This job opportunity is with Audenn Apartments, managed by Bader, where you will have the chance to apply your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The position is part-time, offering 27.5 hours per week from Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Compensation for this role ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, reflecting your experience and dedication. The role emphasizes delivering courteous and efficient customer service at all times. You will be responsible for handling resident concerns and issues promptly, while upholding the high standards of professionalism expected by Bader. Duties include distributing notices to residents, reporting any unusual or significant situations regarding either the residents or the property, and assisting with various cleaning and maintenance tasks. This may involve coordination with vendors or contractors, groundskeeping, preparing vacant units for new occupancy, and moving heavy equipment when required.
Safety and regulation compliance are critical components of this position. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of company policies, community standards, OSHA regulations, and Fair Housing laws to maintain a safe and legally compliant environment. Job Duties
- Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times
- Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Deliver notices to residents as directed
- Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents or property
- Maintain aspects of the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned
- Prepare and touch up vacant units for occupancy
- Move heavy equipment such as dumpsters and appliances when necessary
- Manage care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company
- Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Comply with Fair Housing rules
- Complete assigned training and attend staff meetings as required
