Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days nights weekends and some holidays as needed
- Prior experience a plus but not required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
- Be collaborative using a team approach and have respectful working relationships
Job Duties
- Support all departments with the maintenance and cleanliness of the space ensuring the restaurant is clean safe and in order
- Keep areas orderly organized and maintain stock by assisting chefs in keeping the kitchen in full working order
- Sweep mop and wash floors and other surfaces as necessary
- Collect and dispose of trash clean and stock restrooms as necessary
- Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organizing kitchen areas
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Respond promptly to any cleaning or maintenance needs during shifts
