We are currently seeking an experienced Porter to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are motivated and enthusiastic about maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of an upscale residential community. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in enhancing the exterior of the property by keeping all outdoor areas clean, safe, and attractive. Your responsibilities will include painting, cleaning apartments and common areas, checking and replacing exterior lighting, and maintaining the appearance of the grounds by removing litter, debris, and pet droppings. Additionally, you will be tasked with removing abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes, as well as detailing the property to perfection.

The role also involves assisting with various physical tasks and supporting the team with make-ready duties, storage area maintenance, and distributing resident communications. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and professionalism are essential traits for success in this position. The work environment is active and hands-on, suitable for those who enjoy physical labor and taking pride in their workmanship. Further, all employees must consent to the possibility of audio recordings during their work shifts as part of company policy.
