Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to read maps and follow directions for assigned routes
Must pass and maintain drug-free status (pre-employment and random testing)
Ability to safely operate a pickup truck and perform physical labor
Physical requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Drive a company-provided pickup truck to multiple stops along a scheduled route
Perform litter pickup along highways and commercial properties
Maintain and clean retail properties including sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas
Use a leaf blower to clear sidewalks and other outdoor areas
Replace trash bags and inspect properties for maintenance issues
Complete assigned tasks within the designated time frame
Follow all safety protocols and ensure equipment is used correctly
