Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Full range of motion with upper and lower body
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crawl, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
- Capability to push or pull items and reach overhead
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Availability for full-time, onsite work Monday through Friday with some schedule variation
Job Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, or general maintenance/janitorial experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of basic interior and exterior maintenance, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- Basic computer skills and knowledge required to perform job functions
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus the interior common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable
- Maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
- Organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- Post notices to vacate and other community communications if applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
