Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance landscaping or janitorial roles preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capable of continuous movement including standing walking bending stooping crawling and climbing stairs
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- Basic computer literacy
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work onsite full time
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance landscaping and/or general maintenance janitorial experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of basic interior exterior maintenance hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- Basic computer skills and knowledge required to perform job functions
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and common areas of the property plus interior common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable
- Organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
- Post notices to vacate and other community communications when applicable
- Conduct general upkeep of trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
- Perform other duties as assigned
