Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- possess a valid driver’s license if applicable
- energetic and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- able to climb stairs multiple times daily
- great communication skills with a friendly and professional approach
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to operate landscaping and cleaning equipment such as leaf blowers, trash compactors, and backpack vacuums
- good communication skills, both written and verbal
- customer service experience of one year or more is a plus
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Job Duties
- perform all cleaning tasks noted on checklists and as directed by facility manager or supervisor
- sweep and pick up around entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells
- clean surface area rails on all levels, the booth, office, and restrooms
- empty all trashcans in garage, booth, and office
- ensure safety and security of company equipment
- report any known, observed, or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to managers
- pick up and deliver winter supplies and power equipment as applicable
- maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and request re-stocking
- operate necessary equipment for cleaning and maintenance
- shovel, plow, or blow snow from designated areas when needed
- report accidents or policy violations in a timely manner
