The Porter role at BH Management is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, both inside and out. This position involves responsibility for the upkeep of exterior grounds, common areas, and other assigned spaces such as landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, and driveways. The Porter acts as a key representative of the company to residents and visitors, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times. The position requires physical work, including trash disposal following move-outs, organizing workspaces, cleaning maintenance shops, and potentially assisting with pool maintenance. The Porter also ensures that communications, like notices to vacate, are properly posted when needed. This role supports the overall property management team by upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety to enhance the living experience for residents. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime and on-call duties. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, moving continuously, and exposure to various weather conditions.
