The Porter position at Northlake Collision is an essential role dedicated to supporting daily dealership operations by moving and maintaining vehicles and ensuring the car lot is kept in a clean and orderly manner. This is a full-time position that requires physical activity, attention to safety protocols, and strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and employees. The Porter is responsible for delivering cars to customers, running various dealership errands, and abiding by all company policies and safety regulations. While the role does not include supervisory responsibilities, it is a critical support position that contributes significantly to customer satisfaction and the smooth functioning of the dealership. The position involves frequent movement around both indoor and outdoor dealership areas and demands lifting up to 50 pounds. Attendance and reliability are vital as shifts may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Qualifications
