As a Porter, you will play an essential role in upholding the standards of cleanliness and safety that define Avenue5 Residential’s properties. Daily tasks include removing trash and debris, pressure washing exteriors and sidewalks, assisting with market-ready unit preparations, and responding promptly to property emergencies such as snow removal or inclement weather challenges.
