As a Maintenance and Janitorial / Porter Technician at Impact Workforce Solutions, you will play an essential role in the upkeep and maintenance of the company's facility and production areas. This position requires a dedicated and responsible individual who can carry out a variety of janitorial and light maintenance duties, ensuring that workspaces remain safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times. You will be responsible for periodic cleaning operations such as mopping, vacuuming, and disposing of waste materials following established procedures. Additionally, you'll execute routine equipment maintenance tasks, including greasing, oiling, and cleaning machinery, which contributes directly to the operational longevity and efficiency of the equipment.

In this role, you will also provide vital support for company events, including setting up for conferences and seasonal events such as summer cookouts, embodying a team spirit and flexibility essential in a dynamic work environment. Seasonal responsibilities also include light landscaping tasks such as planting small flowers. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to update work logs accurately within designated systems are important facets of this position to uphold standards and promote workplace safety and order.
