This opportunity is for a full-time Porter position located at the Delta Sky Club in Salt Lake City, UT. The role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall operation of the front of the house. The porter is responsible for ensuring that dining areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health safety standards, contributing to a seamless dining experience. As a Porter with Eurest at Delta Sky Club, you will be maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across all front-of-house areas—this includes tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations. Critical duties include bussing tables, sweeping floors during peak times, and ensuring a prepped environment prior to service. The role also involves washing dishes, glassware, and pots, either by hand or using dishwashing equipment, and ensuring the sanitation of cooking stations and equipment. The porter will assist with heavy deliveries by safely transporting items from the dock to storage areas and ensure that all safety and company policies are rigorously followed. This role is essential in upholding HACCP standards related to food safety, portion control, and serving temperature maintenance.
Working at Eurest means benefiting from a supportive environment where associates enjoy comprehensive benefits packages offered to both full-time and part-time employees.
