We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Porter to join our team for the opening shift on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal to our daily operations as it ensures the restaurant and bar areas are properly prepared, clean, and guest-ready before the start of service. The Opening Porter plays an integral behind-the-scenes part in setting the tone for the day by managing various cleaning and organizational tasks that directly impact the guest experience. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, bar tops, restrooms, and other common spaces using appropriate cleaning methods to meet hygiene standards. The Porter will also restock supplies, manage waste disposal with proper recycling practices, and assist with setting up outdoor and patio spaces seasonally. Additionally, the position requires assisting in receiving and organizing deliveries, completing opening checklists, and reporting any maintenance issues to management. Support for bartenders and service staff with light operational tasks such as restocking is also part of the role.

This position offers $18.00 per hour, with a consistent part-time schedule primarily during morning or opening shifts. Weekend availability is preferred to meet the operational needs of the restaurant during peak times.
